Shipping Policy

At GRL CODE, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Times

• Non-Custom Orders: Processing time is 3–5 business days before shipment.
• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Processing time is 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Please note that processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Shipping speed is selected during checkout and begins once your order has been processed and handed over to USPS.

Signature Confirmation

For additional peace of mind, Signature Confirmation is available at checkout for an additional fee charged by USPS. If selected, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

GRL CODE is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages once they are in USPS possession. Customers should use their tracking number to monitor their shipment and contact USPS directly to file any claims or delivery inquiries.

Package Protection

We highly recommend adding Package Protection during checkout.

Package Protection helps cover eligible lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit and provides an easier resolution should an issue occur after your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.
